1. What changes do you see in your community as a result of participating in the Horizons program?

2. How has participating in the Horizons program affected you personally? 3. What are some major milestones or achievements you have seen your community reach?

4. What are some Horizons related projects your community is currently working or or plans to carry on into the future?

5. How has the Horizons program helped develop leadership in your community? What populations have grown the most in terms of leadership?

    The Horizons project has been beneficial for the community. It has given some members more pride in the community and it has brought forth people with some unique ideas that will benefit the community.

    The main focus the community is working on now is a service directory to put all services in one location and get that information out to all members of the community in a few different formats that all residents will have access to.

    1. When the community hears the word Horizons and understands that it is the community working to improve the cirty of Floodwood. Thus when the project is mentioned as a horizons project there is a better chance the community will volunteer and support it.

    2. It made me more aware of what other people beside my friends feel and think.

    3. We have had two clean up days in the last 13 months.

    4. A community information brochure and a project on how we what Floodwood perceived.

    5. People have been more willing to voice their opinion and get thinks done.

    I think it is equal.
